Extended opening hours

From Monday 9th January, SafeDeposits Scotland will be extending its opening hours and making it easier for early birds and night owls to speak to a member of our team.

SafeDeposits will be open between 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday, expanding the availability of its contact centre by 30 hours per week from its current 9am to 5pm.

The increased hours will provide more accessibility to customers including those who have varied work shift patterns or who are based overseas.

Initially a smaller team will be available from 8am-9am and from 5pm-10pm while we gauge demand for these newly expanded hours. We will continue to be fully staffed between 9am and 5pm. Please note also that while the phone lines will be open longer, our office will not be available for in-person visits outside the hours of 9am and 5pm.
