Vacancy: Client Advisor 

SafeDeposits Scotland is currently seeking a Client Advisor to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The role is based at our office in Glasgow city centre.

 

Key Purpose

The post holder is expected to effectively carry out various administration and support tasks in the efficient delivery of excellent customer service to all service users.

 

Key Accountabilities

- Provide excellent customer service to all service users and clients.

- Assisting with managing client accounts, liaising with clients whilst seeking to improve on service being delivered.

- Assisting with all telephone/email enquiries from Letting Agents and Landlords and seeking satisfactory resolution to issues raised.

- Visit Letting Agents' offices for on-site training as required.

- Complete all ad-hoc tasks as required.

- Attend external events/networking when required to promote our service.

 

Experience and Knowledge Required

- Strong client/customer account management experience.

- Previous administration experience in a letting agent or property business preferred.

- Computer literacy including proficiency in using MS Office.

- Education to Standard grade (or equivalent).

- Code of Practice qualifications. If these have not been obtained the successful candidate will be expected to complete the Propertymark ARLA Technical award in Scottish Residential and Property Management (which SafeDeposits will sponsor).

 

Skills Required

- Well-developed communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and use initiative.

- Problem solving abilities including good numeracy skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy whilst adhering to strict deadlines.

- Able to handle sensitive data in a discreet manner.

- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, empathy and discretion.

- Able to work well within a team environment.
